  • We offer a 1-to-1 replacement for hardware-based products such as the Dongle USB Key, if proven to be faulty due to manufacturing defects.

  • Custom design requests, UI changes, or modifications outside the core software.

  • How-to-use support or user training. For these, please refer to our official documentation or contact customer support for paid assistance.

  • Damages or errors caused by third-party software, viruses, or improper handling.

  • The software license warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • The USB Dongle hardware warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of delivery.
